By analyzing the transformation of the work we can define new categories to articulate the
current world of work. The inclusion of strangers in the world of work is affected by this change
highlighting the mutual influence between job opportunities and the network social context. The
reception, job placement and career development of immigrants are associated with the launch of
local learning networks.

The transformation of work in the last few years is giving evidence of the
change from a professional work environment where everything is planned and regulated to an environment which is distinguished by unexpected events and great uncertainty. At the present time the value of the group and the communities of practice represent
an important factor for organizational development. h is particular social ground has
proved to be a highly fertile environment for activating learning processes at dif erent
levels of formality distinguished by positive ef ects on knowledge transformation.
Skills development can be improved by training projects that integrate the training on
the job (apprenticeship, coaching, project groups, improvement groups, action learning,
continuing professional development) and learning activities that would support the
rel ection of the actions and the learning of specii c topics.
In the context of learning the interest, focused on the most ei cient teaching methodologies that will best support the learning processes on the workplace, i nds its privileged approach within the ambit of the research dei ned Workplace studies (Engeström,
Middleton, 1996; Heath, Knoblauch, Luf , 2000) and in particular Workplace Learning
where the context is not only considered as a container of actions but a social and cultural,
cognitive and af ective environment in which the interaction between the plurality of
subject leads to working practices and learning opportunities. In general the experience
(the specii c working activity) is considered practical knowledge and with the aim to
analyse and support it, it is necessary to start from a concrete action and from the social
environment it belongs to.

Un approccio alla formazione centrato esclusivamente sulla necessità di colmare gap di conoscenze tramite interventi formativi dirett i, non è sempre adeguato alle trasformazioni repentine del mondo del lavoro e delle professioni.
È richiesto al sistema della formazione di superare una logica in cui i processi sono all’insegna del top-down, in cui l’«esperto» insegna al novizio un sapere universalmente valido. È opportuno spostare l’att enzione formativa sui processi di apprendimento e cambiamento personale e organizzativo, i quali si
att ivano sulla necessità di risoluzione di problemi fortemente contestualizzati, tramite processi di problem solving in gruppo di lavoro e di sperimentazione di nuove procedure, privilegiando un ruolo att ivo e di confronto con gli esperti e con i colleghi, e non più un ruolo esclusivamente di ricezione passiva.

Il terreno di incontro tra volontariato e sicurezza non è per
certi verso così ostico. La trasformazione culturale indicata dagli
interventi del legislatore sulla sicurezza, emersa anche dalla
pratica quotidiana di molti contesti di lavoro, ha permesso
una spinta decisa verso una diffusione dei valori guida sulla sicurezza.
In quest’ottica, tale ambito si carica di un orizzonte
di senso rispetto al quale è prioritario riferirsi per ogni proposta
di progettazione e gestione di interventi formativi. Il valore
della persona, la centralità della responsabilità sociale, la
compartecipazione alle attività organizzative, la condivisione
delle decisioni divengono istanze centrali anche all’interno
dell’ambito della sicurezza. Sono sollecitazioni che da sempre
contraddistinguono le organizzazione di volontariato che fondano
la ragion d’essere in una mission d’ispirazione filantropica,
sociale e culturale che permette di realizzare attività strettamente
integrate con le esigenze dei bisognosi d’aiuto.

"Scuola a Casa" è una pagina creata nel social network Facebook attraverso la quale una molteplicità di operatori, uniti dall’interesse verso le tematiche educative rivolte a coloro che per diverse ragioni non possono accedere a scuola, si confrontano e si scambiano esperienze e informazioni. Questa community on line è stata avviata nell'ambito delle attività del progetto WISE (www.wisefirb.it), tuttora attiva, e persegue lo scopo di mettere in contatto soprattutto operatori della scuola che vogliono discutere, segnalare e condividere esperienze nel settore dell'istruzione degli studenti che per un periodo più o meno lungo sono costretti a casa per motivi di salute.

EDUCATIONAL REFLECTIVE PRACTICES 2/2012

This paper shows a research conducted in a health workplace with a Action Learning (Marsick) and Change laboratory (Engeström) approach. The research aims to understand the impact of the reflective practices on the learning processes and the work practices. The challenge is to plan educational setting where we can test and evaluate the outcome of the reflective practices we use often in our project to promote individual and organizational learning.

The aim of this paper is to reflect on the definition of a crossmedia
learning environment by analyzing two training approaches
to the professional development of teachers. The first approach
centers around curricular internships as training for future teachers,
the second focuses on professional development for teachers
in service. The aim of our analysis was to identify the factors that
contribute to overcoming the 'real' vs. 'online' and 'theory' vs.
"practice" gap, opting for an integrated cross-media learning environment.

Abstract: The paper deepens the relationship between practical
and reflexivity starting from preliminary results of a research
during the internship of the Degree Course in Primary
University of Molise. The aim is to understand the most
of experiential learning through the analysis of the narrative of the trainees with the support of an online environment.

Il libro, suddiviso in cinque capitoli, affronta il tema della estetica artistica e letteraria di Ernst Bloch, collocandola nel suo contesto storico, politico e socio-culturale. Nel primo capitolo si restituisce il ritratto della Heidelberg di inizio Novecento, con particolare attenzione al tema della multiculturalità dell’orizzonte e della Kriegesdebatte. Nel secondo capitolo  si indaga il tema della ekphrasis, dall’attenzione per la cultura primitiva all’ornamento, e in un confronto con Carl Einstein. Il terzo capitolo è dedicato alla estetica artistica blochiana, nel suo dialogo con Riegl e Worringer. Il quarto, invece, esplora la poetica dell’attimo, dall’espressionismo al surrealismo in arte e in letteratura, con qualche accenno alla dimensione del cinema. Il quinto capitolo si inoltra, infine, nelle prove letterarie di Bloch, tentando di rileggere il testo "Spuren" sulla scorta delle coordinate offerte da "Eredità di questo tempo"  e dagli altri testi letterari.

In una delle più interessanti analisi filosofiche del concetto di morte, Lévinas suggerisce un paragone tra il pensiero di Ernst Bloch e quello di Vladimir Jankélevitch, prendendo le mosse dalla coppia concettuale opera e morte. Secondo Lévinas, nei due autori il compito umano (praxis) non può mai essere portata a compimento, perché il mondo stesso è incompleto e non interamene “illuminato”. La dimensione di opacità – che per Bloch da un lato è ravvisabile come ostacolo al lavoro umano (anche quello quotidiano), e dall’altro come un elemento costitutivo irriducibile di ogni produzione artistica – è parte essenziale della morte. Le osservazioni di Jankélevitch su questo tema si rivelano particolarmente vicine alla prospettiva blochiana. Anche secondo Jankélevitch la morte si presenta come un momento irriducibile dell’esperienza umana, che tuttavia, sotto forma di opacità, innerva di sé l’esperienza quotidiana.

Dans l'une des plus intéressantes analyses philosophiques de la notion de mort, Lévinas établit une comparaison entre la pensée de Ernst Bloch et celle de Vladimir Jankélévitch. Son point de départ théorique est le couple mort/œuvre. Selon Lévinas, chez Bloch et Jankélévitch, le travail d'une vie humaine (praxis) ne peut jamais être complètement mené à bien, parce que le monde lui-même est inachevé et pas entièrement "éclairé". Cet élément opaque – dont Bloch reconnaît qu’il est un obstacle au travail de l'homme (également dans la vie quotidienne), mais aussi un élément constitutif irréductible de la production artistique et cognitive même – fait partie de l'essence de la mort. Les observations de Jankélévitch sur la question présentent de nombreuses analogies avec cette position. Selon Jankélévitch aussi, la mort s’offre à nous comme un élément irréductible, mais en même temps elle participe à la base même de l'opacité de l'expérience quotidienne.

In one of the most interesting philosophical analyses of the concept of death, Lévinas draws a comparison between Ernst Bloch’s and Vladimir Jankélevitch’s thought. His starting point is the theoretical pair death/oeuvre. Lévinas argues that in Bloch and in Jankélevitch the work of a human life (praxis) can never be thoroughly brought to completion, because the world itself is unaccomplished and not entirely “enlightened”. This opaque element – which is acknowledged by Bloch as an obstacle to human labour (also in everyday life), but also as an irreducible element constitutive of artistic production and of cognitive activity itself – is part of the essence of death. Jankélevitch's observations on the subject show many analogies with this position. According to Jankélevitch, too, death offers us an irreducible element, but at the same time partakes at the core of the same opacity of everyday experience.
